Excellent and, for me, proof that over the past few years they have refound a focus and personality for their white, which is less heavy than it was for a couple of years. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is jam-packed with exotic fruit and stone fruit layers, marked by a seriously refreshing line and finishes long and honey laced.* (92-94/100)

More subdued on the nose than the white Pagodes but a little more complex: touch of creamy oak and spice and fresh grapefruit but also a richer note from the Sémillon. On the palate, tense and fresh, moderate intensity with clean-cut citrus and a dry, lightly grippy texture. Long and serious, direct, freshness over concentration.* - 04/2019

Vinous.com – 92 pts – NM: *The 2018 Cos d’Estournel Blanc is showing nicely in bottle, partly because of the increased proportion of Sémillon in the blend. That lends complexity on the nose, which displays gorgeous honeysuckle and yellow plum aromas, if perhaps more oiliness than I found from bottle. The palate has tightened up a little, feeling less rounded than before, with intense orange pith, apricot and tangy marmalade toward the finish. A lovely Cos d’Estournel Blanc that I am intrigued to see age in bottle.* - 01/2021
